Important Notes for Time Home Fibre Package

  • You are required to scan and upload full document (Customer's photocopy IC or passport (Foreginer) and application form with customer signature) to time-fibre.biz.my upon submission. Passport must be valid at least 6 months from the date of registration
  • For foreigner order, we will submit the order to Maxis system first. After that, please advice customer to walk in to Maxis Center to make foreigner deposit.
  • It takes about 1 week for Time to process your order upon submission.
  • Unlimited quota extended till further notice.
  • RM200 installation fee is waived until further notice.
  • Installation fee waiver only applies for standard installations.
  • For non-standard installations, any additional costs for trenching, retiling, repainting and concealing done by independent contractors will be borne by customer.
